Consultation Package
Service fee: Php2,000
This package is designed for couples who would like advice on how to organize their dream wedding. 
The package includes:
  • Initial consultation to determine the budget, size, style and venues for the wedding
  • Provide an overview of the planning process
  • Face-to-face meeting to discuss your wedding in detail
  • Recommendation of supplies and venues who best reflect your style and budget



On-The-Day
Service fee: Php15,000
  • A team of four (4) coordinators
  • Service starts one month before the wedding date
  • Ensure that the ceremony and reception venues are set-up and decorated to the couple's expectations
  • Unlimited consultation by phone and email
  • Create a timeline of the wedding day for the bridal party
  • Oversee and coordinate with the venue manager, musicians, photographer, videographer, officiant, florist, decorator, hire car drivers
  • Attend and oversee ceremony (including the church ceremony and the receiving line after ceremony) and provide supervision, guidance, support, assistance, instructions, or whatever may be required to have the ceremony run smoothly
  • Collect marriage license, candles, guest book and pen, extra programs and anything left behind after the ceremony
  • Attend photo-taking ceremony and co-ordinate photographer
  • Oversee and coordinate with the venue manager, caterer, musicians, DJ, cake designer, photographer, videographer, etc
  • Coordinate and oversee reception receiving line
  • Coordinate first dance, cake cutting, bouquet throwing, garter toss.
  • Collect all wedding gifts and cash received at reception and deliver them to pre-determined location



Turn Over
Service fee: Php25,000
This package is designed for couples who have planned a few aspects of the wedding but would like professional assistance and attendance on their big day. 
The package includes:
  • A team of four (4) coordinators
  • Service starts three (3) months before the wedding date
  • Initial consultation to determine what has been organized and what else needs to be done
  • Maximum of three (3) face-to- face meetings to discuss your wedding and make sure your expectations are met
  • Unlimited consultation by phone and email
  • Organizing meetings with suppliers and negotiating prices for the remaining services
  • Preparation of a detailed time-line of your wedding day including the suppliers schedule
  • Attendance at the wedding rehearsal
  • Ensure that the ceremony and reception venues are set-up and decorated to the couple's expectations
  • Assistance on the wedding day at the ceremony and reception for 8 hours. Ensure that the day is running smoothly and suppliers are running to the schedule
  • Supervise seating allocation of guests and collection of gifts





Full Event Planning and Coordination
Service fee: Php40,000
This package is designed for couples looking for a stress-free wedding completely organized by a wedding planner. We will take care of everything for you all you have to do is make the final decisions. 
This package includes:
  • Service starts six (6) to twelve (12) months before the wedding date
  • A team of five (5) coordinators 
  • Photo Coverage by 1 Professional Photographer. Unlimited shots on the day of the wedding. 
  • Initial consultation to determine the size, style and venues for the wedding
  • Assisting the couple to prepare a budget
  • Maximum of six (6) face-to-face meetings to discuss the progress of the wedding plans
  • Unlimited consultation by phone and email
  • Recommendation of suppliers and venues who best reflect your style and budget
  • Create a timeline of the wedding day for the bridal party
  • Budget updates, payment schedule and reminders
  • RSVP management including floor plan and seating arrangements
  • Your wedding planner will organize the ceremony and reception venues,  photographer, videographer, florist, vehicles, wedding cake, music and all the little things to make your wedding day perfect
  • Attendance at the wedding rehearsal
  • Ensure that the ceremony and reception venues are set-up and decorated to the couple's expectations
  • Assistance on the wedding day at the ceremony and reception. Ensure that the day is running smoothly and suppliers are running to the schedule
  • Supervise seating allocation of guests and collection of gifts

* Travel expenses will be charged accordingly for venues outside Metro Manila
